My GymI began using Versatalis several years ago when I integrated credit card processing with the use of TRAKnet. The implementation of Versatalis was easy. The best feature of Versatalis with TRAKnet is how seamless it is. Once it is installed, whether it is taking a copay in an encounter or receiving a payment in the mail, posting payment in TRAKnet is simple. The best thing is no additional phone line or credit card terminal needed.   A small card reader can be attached to your computer screen and that’s it! It’s so simple. If you are looking for an easy efficient workflow, Versatalis gives that to you with TRAKnet.

After purchasing the TRAKnet software we also signed up with Versatalis Payment Solutions for the integrated credit card processing. Moving from the traditional terminal on the desktop to the integrated solution has made all the difference. We no longer have to balance our credit card receipts with what is in our TRAKnet system as they post automatically to each patient to show that they are paid. This has saved hours in bookkeeping. Not to mention the amount of money we have saved by using Versatalis. They were able to beat our previous providers pricing, which has saved us a lot of money. I switched my credit card processing to Versatalis from using another processer for almost 10 years, and I am very happy with the personal customer service that I have received. They helped me setup a virtual terminal to process through my point of sale software, which works much better than my last software, a wired credit card terminal for backup and manual transactions, and now they are helping me setup a virtual terminal to process orders on my website and pre-authorize payment so I don't receive fraudulent orders. This is a real time saver, and I do not have to worry about Payment Card Industry (PCI) security compliance as they take care of that for me. When I had a major customer service issue, Versatalis was able to assist and help me in a manner that my previous processor never would done. It is nice to deal with a company of high integrity. Please consider switching to save on processing fees and deal with a company that keeps their word on the promise of excellent customer service.

I am sending you this email to provide you with some positive feedback regarding the recent integration of Versatalis with our TRAKnet DPM software. I am happy to report that we have experience these positive results in our practice:

  1. We are no longer having to take along what I personally call our "brick" processing machine, and supplies of paper when we travel between offices.
  2. We are most excited that we no longer have to manually input the payment into our patient database or update any new payment information separately. Since Versatalis is already integrated with our TRAKnet DPM software, payment processing has been "one stop shop" with us.
  3. It now takes shorter time to process patient payments and the check-out process moves quicker, a plus for the patients who have multiple appointments.

As a result we run more efficiently with less machinery involved and honestly, fewer headaches. Thank you for your assistance and we look forward to put your software and card reader machine to lots of good use.

I am a long time Atrex user (6 Years). I love Atrex for my small retail store. Last week my computer totally crashed and burned. My old hard drive was able to be ghosted over to the new computer...but my old IC Verify credit card processor would not work with the new operating system. I called Jake at Versatalis and told him about my crisis. He was very quick to respond and really helped walk me through the set up of a new merchant account with his company. It usually is a 5 - 10 day turnaround on setting up new customers. He had us up and rolling in THREE DAYS. Wow!! He was a ray of light in a dark situation that really brightened my day.

I'm so impressed with Versatalis and Jake. It is so much easier to run our credit cards with Versatalis vs. IC Verify.

Spa One is a day spa operation with two locations in Tucson, AZ. We have been with Versatalis for less than a year, but we are already seeing the benefits.
